Mind offers a confidential information and support service through their Infoline, as well as peer support groups, crisis support, and online communities. They campaign for better mental health services and challenge the stigma that still surrounds mental illness. Clue Cards donated through Mind are used in group therapy and wellbeing workshops as low-pressure, engaging activities that encourage connection and curiosity.
